Assistance Dog United Campaign - Grants for assistance for those who need a service dog
Paws for Abilities - Self funded. Starts at $20,000
Amazing Tails - Self funded at $12,500
Can Do Canines - No charge for service dog. $50 application fee.
Canine Assistants - 5+ year waitlist. No charge. They do not place autism service dogs, only companion dogs.
Cope Service Dogs - $100 Application fee, $100 interview fee +mileage costs, $3300 Team Training fee.
Retrieving Freedom - No Charge.
State Specific Service Dogs
Alabama
Service Dogs Alabama - Must be 14 years old depending on maturity.
New Mexico
Canine Companions - No Charge
Canine Support Team - Applicants under 16 considered on a case by case basis. $100 Application fee.
Dogs for Better Lives - Must reside in California, Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Washington. Age range 4-8 years old. No Charge.
ECAD - Must be able to travel to Connecticut for training and interviews. More strict guidelines.
CPL - $200 fee for supplies, $600 requested donation
Grants for Service Dogs
South Carolina
PAALS - Must live within 130 miles of Columbia, SC
Pennsylvania
Susquehanna Service Dogs - Must live within 4 hours of Grantville, PA. Cost varies from $2,500-$5,000.
UDS Service Dogs - Must live within 5 hours of Lancaster, PA.
Freedom Service Dogs - Ages 5 and up.
Good Dog! Service Canines - 6 years or older at the time of placement. Must travel to California for training. Must raise $16,000 towards program costs.
Guide Dogs of America - Must be between 4-12 years old. Must travel to Sylmar, CA for 10 days of training. No charge.
Little Angels Service Dogs - Must raise $18,000.
NEADS - Must raise $8,000.
Paws for a Cause - Only services certain areas.
paws4people - No Charge.
Must Reside in the State Listed to Qualify
Wisconsin
WAGS - Must live within 80 miles of Madison, WI. $25 application fee.
Pacific NW
Summit Assistance Dogs - Must live in the PNW. No Charge.
